Air to Surface Missile

The missile is guided by command and control system. Today, laser or infrared may not safe, only stealth missile would be safe enough. Missile is more expensive compared to bomb, why because  bomber is stealth. Stealth technology is nuclear-power application. nuclear is uranium power, no fuel.
