Iraqi forces had operated an offensive operation to Fallujah, controlling by ISIS from 2014, with a tactical standard: the air force attack ISIS locations for 1 week before an artillery operation. This last arsenal mission had taking place with more than 1 week but an "infantry" is yet approach into the city due to " human shield" by ISIS.
