Thai-land vote for new constitution

Thailand 21th Constitution Update: Siamese central power is in arranging for new constitution vote among over 50 millions registered.

Siamese government will offer a best chance for all related communities in Thai-land to comment on constitution draft. Why i write Siam? why Thai-land... these are idea of coups and new constitution.
