Freedom Shield គែជា ខែល ការពារប្រទេស សេរី ។ សញ្ញាសំគាល់អង្គភាពទ័ព នីមួយៗ គឺ ជាសញ្ញា ខែល Shield សមយុទ្ធយោធា Freedom Shield 23 នឹងប្រើពេល ១១ ថ្ងៃ តាមបរិបទ ដូចតទៅ៖

1. ពេលវេលា Date/ Time :១១ មិនា ដល់ ២៣ មិនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣
2. ទីកន្លែង Where? ប្រទេស កូរ៉េខាងត្បូង The exercise will include but not be limited to lessons learned from current and ongoing conflicts to increase the units’ combat readiness and combined defense posture, as well as strengthen the security and stability on the Korean peninsula and across Northeast Asia. 
3. ភាគីចូលរួម Who ?  Participating units will include personnel from the ROK Military, United States Forces Korea (USFK), United Nations Command (UNC), and subordinate component commands under CFC, along with augmentees, civilian personnel and representatives of the United Nations sending states.
4. គោលបំណង In addition to FS23, several combined field training exercises (FTX), collectively called Warrior Shield FTX, will also be taking place around the Korean Peninsula. The name Warrior Shield stands for the ROK-US Alliance's ability and resolution to solidify their combined defense posture to defend the ROK. The purpose of the training for Warrior Shield FTX, is to further enhance the ROK and U.S. militaries’ cooperation through air, land, sea, space, cyber and special operations, and improve upon tactics, techniques and procedures.

Emboldened by its advancing nuclear arsenal, North Korea test-fired more than 70 missiles last year, the most ever for a single year, and several more this year. Many of the missiles tested nuclear-capable weapons designed to strike the U.S. mainland and South Korea.
