It showed Russian incendiary munitions raining fire down onto the already heavily damaged buildings below Ukrainian soldiers, trapped inside the plant, are making a final stand for Mariupol in the sprawling complex
Their wives and mothers have said they believe their fight is coming to an end, and fear for the worst
Ukrainians claimed the video showed Vladimir Putin's forces dropping 9M22S incendiary and phosphorus bombs on Azovstal, that an official said burn at temperatures of over 2,000 degrees Celsius.
'The Russian military themselves claim that 9M22S incendiary shells with thermite layers were used,' said the Ukrainians.
'The combustion temperature is about 2,000 to 2,500 degrees Celsius. It is almost impossible to stop the burning,' Petr Andryushchenko, an adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, said on Sunday.

What is a phosphorus bomb?
Phosphorus bombs behave the same way as incendiary weapons and are noted for the “severity of the injuries” they cause, according to Human Rights Watch.
White phosphorus ignites once it comes into contact with oxygen and is highly soluble in fat, meaning it seriously burns human flesh.
The use of phosphorus bombs is not banned outright under international weapons law, and many armed forces possess them. They are also used to create smokescreens and to mark targets for airstrikes due to the volume of smoke they create.
However, it is illegal to use phosphorus bombs in civilian settings. They are tightly regulated under international law because of their incendiary effects and the potential for them to be used to inflict indiscriminate damage on civilian areas.
Ukraine has previously accused Russia of using phosphorus bombs in Donetsk and Luhansk in the east of the country, collectively known as the Donbas region.
