Missile Defense Shield System

Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China foreign minister meets for missile shield system installation. 1 battery costs 1 billion. 24 hours in alert preparation will cost $ USD 20,000/hour. A purpose for this installation is to attract investors , to make them leave from business in China--- most of rich business investors came to China for investment projects.
