Water from Thailand Flooding Part of Cambodia

Cambodia arranged 5000 troop this year for Natural Disaster Cope

Yingluck government asked her King to move the Bangkok to Chieng Mai for free from flood but the King rejected. Bangkok is somehow of 10 meter under the level of sea. Last year, Bangkok was totally flooded. Water flowed from Thailand had been reported as this year as well. Still some of pro-Thailand rejected to this idea as they may have business or benefit from Thailand. Here the water map--Mun River. They barrage the water to flow to Bangkok, thus, it flows to Cambodia.
