យោងតាមរូបភាពនៃការសង់របងព្រំដែនបែបនេះ (រូបភាព៖ 2660.jpg ខាងលើ) ដែលបង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញពីការសាងសង់របងដោយឯកតោភាគីរបស់ប្រទេសថៃនៅក្បែរបង្គោលព្រំដែន វាបានបង្កើតជាសំណួរចោទសួរយ៉ាងខ្លាំងអំពីកម្រិតនៃចំណេះដឹង និងចេតនាពិតប្រាកដរបស់ប្រទេសជិតខាងមួយនេះ។
តើថៃល្ងង់ (Ignorant) ឬជាចរឹកឈ្លានពាន (Aggressive Behavior)?
ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់ឱ្យកាន់តែច្បាស់អំពីផលវិបាកនៃទង្វើនេះ យើងត្រូវពិនិត្យមើលថាតើសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ (International Community) វាយតម្លៃបែបណាចំពោះសកម្មភាពរបស់ថៃ។
I- ការវាយតម្លៃរបស់សហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិតាមរយៈ ច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ÷
សហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ ជាពិសេសតាមរយៈយន្តការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (United Nations) និងតុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ (International Court of Justice - ICJ) តែងតែយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់ចំពោះស្ថិរភាពព្រំដែន និងការគោរពអធិបតេយ្យភាពទឹកដី (Territorial Sovereignty)។ 
ការសាងសង់របងព្រំដែនដោយឯកតោភាគី (Unilateral Act) ដោយមិនមានការចូលរួមវាស់វែងរួមគ្នា (Joint Boundary Demarcation) រវាងប្រទេសជាប់ព្រំដែន ដូចដែលថៃកំពុងធ្វើ គឺជាទង្វើដែលអាចចាត់ទុកថាជាការរំលោភលើគោលការណ៍ច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។
១. ការបំពានលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលមានស្រាប់៖
សម្រាប់ករណីកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ជាពិសេសតំបន់ជុំវិញប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ តុលាការ ICJ កាលពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៦២ បានសម្រេចរួចហើយអំពីខ្សែបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែន ដោយផ្អែកលើផែនទីទំហំ ១/២០០.០០០ (1:200,000 Map) ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយបារាំង និងសៀម។ សកម្មភាពឯកតោភាគីណាមួយដែលផ្ទុយនឹងខ្សែបន្ទាត់ដែលទទួលស្គាល់ដោយ ICJ ឬដែលមិនបានសហការជាមួយភាគីម្ខាងទៀត នឹងត្រូវចាត់ទុកថាខុសច្បាប់ (Illegal) និងជាការប៉ុនប៉ងបង្កើតកិច្ចការដែលបានសម្រេចរួចហើយ (*Fait Accompli*) នៅលើដី។
២. ការរារាំងដំណោះស្រាយដោយសន្តិវិធី៖
យោងតាមធម្មនុញ្ញអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (UN Charter) ជាពិសេសមាត្រា ៣៣ បណ្តារដ្ឋមានកាតព្វកិច្ចដោះស្រាយវិវាទដោយសន្តិវិធី (Peaceful Settlement of Disputes) តាមរយៈការចរចា ការសម្រុះសម្រួល ឬយន្តការយុត្តិធម៌។ ការសាងសង់របងដោយគ្មានការព្រមព្រៀង ត្រូវបានមើលឃើញថាជាការបដិសេធចំពោះការចរចាដោយស្មោះត្រង់ (Good Faith) និងបង្កើតឱ្យមានភាពតានតឹងដែលបង្កើនហានិភ័យនៃជម្លោះប្រដាប់អាវុធ (Armed Conflict)។
៣. លក្ខណៈនៃ "អ្នកជិតខាងអាក្រក់"៖
សហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិអាចប្រើប្រាស់ពាក្យ "អ្នកជិតខាងដែលអាក្រក់" (Bad Neighbor) ដើម្បីពិពណ៌នាអំពីប្រទេសណាដែលតែងតែធ្វើអ្វីដែលបៀតបៀនដល់អ្នកដទៃ សូម្បីតែព្រំដីក៏ធ្វើបែបរំលោភបំពានដែរ។ កេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះអន្តរជាតិ (International Reputation) របស់ថៃជាអ្នកដើរតួដ៏ទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងតំបន់ នឹងត្រូវចុះខ្សោយយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ប្រសិនបើពួកគេបន្តប្រើប្រាស់វិធីសាស្ត្រឈ្លានពានដោយលួចលាក់បែបនេះ។
II- សន្និដ្ឋានអំពីភាពគ្មានប្រយោជន៍នៃរបងឯកតោភាគី÷
យោងតាមរូបភាព 2660.jpg របងដែលថៃកំពុងធ្វើនេះ មិនថាវាហាក់បីដូចជាត្រូវបានសាងសង់ដោយការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ (ស្របតាមសញ្ញាគ្រីសដែលថៃដាក់ដោយខ្លួនឯង) ក៏ដោយ មុននឹងក្រោយគង់តែត្រូវបំផ្លាញចោល (Must Be Demolished) ឬមិនត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ដដែល នៅពេលដែលតុលាការកាត់ក្តីរួច ដោយសម្រេចយកផែនទី ១/២០០.០០០ ដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានស្របច្បាប់តែមួយគត់។ សកម្មភាពរបស់ថៃ គឺជាការបូជាធនធានដើម្បីកសាង "ការពិត" ជាបណ្តោះអាសន្ន ដែលនឹងត្រូវរលាយសាបសូន្យនៅចំពោះមុខនីតិរដ្ឋអន្តរជាតិ (Rule of Law)។

นอกจากนี้ บางส่วนเป็นพื้นที่ปฏิบัติการ ที่อาจจะมีการปรับปรุงฐานที่มั่นหรือการปฏิบัติทางทหาร ฉก.โคกสูง จึงกำหนดให้มีการใช้เส้นทางเข้า-ออก ในพื้นที่การเกษตร เพียงเส้นทางเดียว เพื่อให้การเฝ้าตรวจรักษาความสงบในพื้นที่ เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย ส่วนเส้นทางอื่น มีความจำเป็นสำหรับใช้ในภารกิจทางทหาร
