Khmer Custom links to Death' Soul

យោងតាមតម្រាវប្បធម៌ អរិយធម៌ខ្មែរ ព្រលឹងចាកចេញពីរូបកាយ ត្រូវគេចែកជា ៣ ដំណាក់កាលៈ​(១) ព្រលឹងតូច ចេញពីរួបកាយ ៣ខែ មុនថ្ងៃស្លាប់ (២)ព្រលឹងមធ្យម ចេញពីរូបកាយចំពេលថ្ងៃ ស្លាប់ និង (៣) ព្រលឹងធំ ចេញពីរូបកាយ រយះពេល ៣ថ្ងៃ ឬ ៧ថ្ងៃ ឬ ១០០ ថ្ងៃ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ ស្លាប់។

1.  ព្រលឹងតូចព្រះអង្គ ចាកចេញ​អាចរង្វង់ ២៤ ខែ កក្កដា ២០១២
2. ព្រះបាទ នរោត្តមសីហុនទ្រង់សុគត ថ្ងៃទី ១៥ តុលា ២០១២ ( ព្រលឹងមធ្យមចេញ)
3. ពិធីអន្ទងហៅព្ររាជព្រលឹង​ព្រះអង្គ យាងមកស្រុកវិញ ១៧ តុលា ២០១២ ដោយមាន ព្រះមហាក្សត្រខ្មែរ នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ហ៊ុនសែន និងក្រុម ព្រះរាជពិធី យាង និងទៅប្រទេសចិន ថ្ងៃទី ១៥ តុលា ២០១២។

The body of Cambodia's former king, Norodom Sihanouk, will be displayed for up to three months before a large state funeral is held for the mercurial and widely loved monarch who died after suffering a heart attack.

According to Khmer Culture and Civilization, the soul leave the body in 3 phases: (1) small soul leave the body at 100 days before the date of death, (2) average soul leave by the day of death and (3) and big soul leave body by 3 days, or 7 days or 100 days--Khmer conduct the death ceremony in according to this custom.

1. The small soul of the King may leave the body by July 24, 2012 (July 24 days+ August 31 days + September 31 days + 15 days of October 2012)
2. The King died in October 15, 2012 in Beijing, China
3. The Cambodian team custom went to China in 15 October to call the soul back home by 17 October, 2012 ( 3 days after). The body will be displayed up to 3 months before royal cremation.
