Russia employ the cruise long range missile/ Inter Continental Ballistic Missile/ Container Missile to attack the ISIS from 2500 km distance. Those missile cruise at 50m altitude without suffering to any plane at sky. Today, Russia President, Putin added that Russia may equip the missile with Nuclear Warheads.
