Russia had delivery S-400 missile material to China, the report said. China had been employing its home made air defense system but still import product from other state, that is  question of S-400. S- 400 made from field experienced of Russia air defense missile unit in confronting to the US, and NATO force. Thus, S400 missile infrastructure is the best choose for counter to Taiwan, India, Vietnam, Japan. China is border to 14 states included Taiwan. Taiwan is the most targeting for China after civil war sine 1950.
