North Korea Launch Its Converted Rocket

As per announcement yesterday, North Korea had launched today its converted rocket into space successfully at last 6 hours ago without any interruption. Radar alert will cost maybe 20,000 to 200,000 dollars per hour, thus monitoring team can not running its radar for satellite detection. If North Korea play such game for 1 week time, how much it will cost? North Korea said it is purely research satellite project while the US and South Korea said it as military long range missile. There are currently about 14,000 satellites in our globe.
