Man Made Disaster

The world now focusing on man made disaster more than natural disaster. More and more states participate in war against ISIS. There are two channels's media: one support to the USA/ allies, the other supports to ISIS. There is yet a plan for allocation a ground troop along border of Syria and Iraq. It should be 250-300 soldiers/1 kilometer to defense a civilian, according to infantry standard, if, the air strike will not work smoothly.
