The Iraqi prime minister declared of victory of Tikrit after month combat, which participated by: 30,000 troop in total forces ( ISIS employed 13,000 soldiers).
The Iraqi force joint by the:

1. US airforce, 
2. 20,000 Shit paramilitary
3. 4000 Iraqi Security Force
4. 5000 Sunni tribesman force
5. 40 Iran force

Causalities: ISIS killed 800, Iraqi killed 1000 soldiers.

Note: The given figure is not accurate. The calculation could be: if ISIS had 13,000 soldiers, the Iraqi alliance must be 13,000 X 3= 40,000 soldiers or 13,000 X 5= 65,000 soldiers.
