North Korea vs Russia

A misunderstanding of concept of the S-300 missile of Russian Made may be the main problem among military strategist. The concept of S-300 is for (1) Air Defense and (2) Counter-Nuclear Defense. North Korea is looking for Nuclear Defense System, not Air Defense System. An execution of Defense Minister of North Korea must not" true" because no confirmed report. The cause of killing is " un-reliable" it saying the minister sleeping during meeting and not obey to the leader.
