Today technology can transfer an analog image to pixel image. Most of CCTV capture an analogue, which picture is no clear enough. Crime Investigation Bureau had been applying a conversation software to change non-clear to colorful image for police/army officer only.
An analogue use for public
For public: the police/army will only show sketch image as it bring a lot of an advantage: the community can assume of look-like face at their living area/working place. Thus, the investigator can meet number of suspected target compared to "pixel image".
