Why Developing Nuclear Weapon

The World War II for France Liberation had deployed over 3 million troop. The Soviet Union had mobilized some of 1.5 million troop as "reserve" force at the second line during the World War II. This mentioned force then back to Japan border to " capture the today Manchuria land". China in confront to Soviet Union sine 1970 had allocate 1 million soldiers along the tension border. Sino-Vietnam war forced Vietnam to administrated  at less 3 million soldiers from 1979-1988....Because of that heavy in the government shoulders in term of logistic, life of population, number of country leaders today now looking for " Nuclear Weapon".
