Cambodia and over 700 China soldiers will undertake their first-ever joint naval exercise by Monday 22, February 2016 in Kompong Som, Cambodia where is middle point for India Ocean and South China Sea. India Navy not only operate in India coverage area but also did patrol in South China Sea that makes military tension in the geo-military theater. Japan, the former invader in year 1940, had conduct navy exercise in the same area in Cambodia last couple days ago. Cambodia now consider as "interest point" for US, India, China in troop installation.
